Super Fluffy Amino Silicone Oil DR-8333
1. Description:
DR-8333 is new modified triamido silicone oil special for super softness of slap-up cotton, linen or polyester cotton blended fiber. The effect of softness, smoothness and rebound resilience excels that of traditional silicone oil. It creates super softness and special fluffiness handle and has no APEO to conform ECO requirement.
2. Specifications:

3. Usages:
Operation case: Oil phase emulsification 1000kg, solid content 30%
(1) Add 100kg emulsification into reaction still and start string.
(2) Then add in 200Kg DR-8333 and keep stirring 20 mins.
(3) Then add in 4Kg glacial acetic acid and keep stirring 15 mins.
(4) Add slowly in 75Kg water and keep stirring 20 mins.
(5) Add quickly in remaining 625kg and keep stirring till the mixture dissolves and disperses evenly and becomes light blue transparent.
(6) Adjustable the PH value at 6.5-7 by adding glacial acetic acid.
(7) Filtering the mixture with filter screen of 100-200 mesh number. Then pack in the sealed container for standby application or use directly.
Dip:
Silicone oil emulsification: 2-3% (O.W.F), bath ratio: 1:10-15, temperature 30-40°C,
Time: 15-30 mins.
Padding:
Silicone oil emulsification: 10-30g/L, room temperature, 2-dip-2-nip or 1-dip-1-nip.
4. Features:
(1)DR-8333 emulsification is micro emulsion consists of tiny particle which size is less than 0.02um. Its outstanding permeability brings fabric effect of excellent inner softness and outer smoothness.
(2)DR-8333 emulsification active ingredient consists of multiple active group, which combines with fabric to significantly increase its softness and smoothness. Moreover it enhances the fabric elasticity to make super soft and smooth handle.

Placing in shady and well ventilated warehouse. Shelf life: 6 months after date of manufacture
