Cationic Anti-Static Agent DR-460
1. Description:
DR-460 has chemical structure of long carbon chain quaternary amine salt suitable for eliminating static electricity of chemical fiber as polyester, nylon or spandex. It can sharply reduce the electrical resistance on fabric surface.
2. Specifications:
Appearance: Yellow to brown viscous liquid
PH Value: 6-8
Ionicity: Cationic
Solubility: Soluble in water
Solid Content (%) 60%
3. Usages:
Following recommended process is under factory testing and subject to end user’s pretest of sample and exact requirement in actual application.
(1) Dip:
0.5-1%(O.W.F), room temperature, time 15-20 mins, then dewater and make dry at 105°C
(2)Padding:
10-30g/L, 1-dip-1-nip, and then make dry or setting under normal process.
4. Features:
(1) Fast and excellent antistatic performance.
(2) Good washing fastness, still maintain level of 10 to the 8-9th power after repeated washing
(3) Wider adaptation than traditional quaternary amine salt antistatic agent; No discolor, color change or yellowing.
(4) Can be used alone or mixed to water solution with other oil or emulsion which contains no anionic
surfactants.
5. Storage and Packing:
(1) Storage:
Placing in shady and well-ventilated warehouse. Shelf life: One year after date of manufacture
(2) Packing:
50Kg or 125Kg or 200Kg / Plastic Drum.
