High-Conc. Softener Essential Oil for Chemical Fiber GPA
1. Description:
GPA is a concentrated paste for strong softening of chemical fiber, polyester, polyester cotton and nylon etc. to achieve excellent softness and smoothness.
2. Specifications:
Appearance: Light milky Yellow paste
PH Value: 5-6(8-10% seriflux)
Ionicity: Nonionic
3. Usages:
Warm dilution:
Pour gradually the GPA in ratio of 15-20% into water under room temperature while stirring 3-5 mins. Then keep stirring and heated to 50-60°C till the mixture becomes even paste-like for standby application after cooling .
(1) Dip:5-8%(O.W.F), temperature 50-60°C, time 15-30 mins.
(2) Padding:20-30g/L, temperature 40-50°C, 2-dip-2nip or 1-dip-1nip.
4. Features:
(1).GPA gains excellent softness and smoothness for polyester cotton, chemical fiber, chemical fiber cotton, blended fabric, cayon or synthetic fiber.
(2).Applicable for softening of polyester cotton, polyester, nylon or cotton.
(3).Especially suitable for softening of chemical fiber cloth. Provide better softness and smoothness for jeans cloth which contains chemical fiber.
5. Storage and Packing:
(1) Storage:
Placing in shady and well-ventilated warehouse. Shelf life: One year after date of manufacture
(2) Packing:
50kg or 120kg / Plastic Drum.
