Fluffing Agent for Cotton DR-923
1. Description:
DR-923 is a special high concentration fluffing agent creating fluffy, soft, thick and solid handle for cotton.
2. Specifications:
Appearance: Milky white glittery viscous liquid
Ionicity: Cationic
PH Value: 6-7
Solubility: Soluble in water or hot water at any ratio.
3. Features:
(1) DR-923 can be used alone or mixed using with other cationic softeners.
(2) Suitable for cellulose or chemical fiber as cotton, linen, polyester cotton, pure wool, blended or interweave fabric excellent soft fluffy effect. Especially PWS creates fluffy, thick and solid handle on woolen yarn, sweater, jeans or casual wear. It increases the fluffy handle on fluffing fabric or cloth.
4. Usages:
Put DR-923 at ratio of 10-50% into water or heated water ( 60℃ ) and stir the mixture till completely and evenly for standby application. Sometimes PWS can be dissolving directly for usage.
(1)Dip
2-5%( O.W.F ),Bath ratio 1:10-15, temperature 40-50℃, Time 15-30 mins.
(2) Padding
10-30g / L, temperature 30-40℃, 1-dip-1-nip or 2-dip-2-nip
5. Storage and Packing:
(1) Storage:
Sealed storage in shady and well-ventilated warehouse. Shelf life: One year after date of manufacture.
(2) Packing:
50kg or 120kg / Plastic drum
